Are you insured?+−
Yes. Sasim Sacca Home Service Ltd. carries commercial liability insurance and is registered with WorkSafeBC.
How do you get in if I am not home?+−
Lockbox, key, or condo fob and buzzer are all fine. We log access, never copy keys, and text when we leave.
Do I have to be home?+−
No. Most clients leave access and go to work. We only need a working fob, lockbox code, or a key.
What products do you use?+−
Disinfectant in wet rooms, gentler products on stone and wood. Fragrance-free on request — say so in the quote assistant.
What if something is missed?+−
24-hour re-clean policy: tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we return to finish the checklist at no charge.
Is GST included?+−
No. Listed prices are before GST. The booked price is fixed in writing before the first visit.
