- Yes. Sasim Sacca Home Service Ltd. carries commercial liability insurance and is WorkSafeBC registered. The team is criminal-record checked. Certificates on request.
- Do I have to be home?
- No. Lockbox, key, or condo fob and buzzer are all fine. We log access and text when we leave.
- What products do you use?
- Disinfectant in wet rooms, gentler products on stone and wood. Fragrance-free on request — say so in the quote assistant.
- What if something is missed?
- 24-hour re-clean policy: tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we return to finish the checklist at no charge.
- Is GST included?
- No. Listed prices are before GST. The booked price is fixed in writing before the first visit.
- Which areas do you cover?
