What we collect

We only ask for what we need to quote, book, and clean.

• Identity and contact: name, phone, email, neighbourhood or city.
• Job details from the quote assistant: home or workplace type, bedrooms, bathrooms, extras, pets, scent preference, access method, and requested date.
• Messages you send to info@sasimsacca.com or by phone.
• Technical data the host needs to serve the site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. We do not collect social insurance numbers. We do not use hidden tracking pixels or advertising profiles.

Why we use it

• To prepare a written estimate and confirm a visit window.
• To email you a summary of the quote and to email the same request to our office.
• To enter a calendar hold for the requested date.
• To contact you about the job, access, or a 24-hour re-clean.
• To keep a record of work we performed, as a business must.
• To answer questions and improve how the quote assistant works.

We rely on your consent when you submit the quote form, and on the need to perform the service you asked for. Quote confirmation email is a response to a request you started, not a marketing blast.

Where it goes

Quote submissions are emailed to our office and to the address you typed. Mail is sent through Google’s Gmail service. The website is hosted on infrastructure in the United States (the published app host). That means your information may be stored or processed outside British Columbia. Those providers are required to protect it under their own terms and applicable law.

Your browser may also keep a copy of a submitted quote in local storage on your device so you can see it again on that same phone or computer. We do not sell lists. We do not share your information with other cleaners, brokers, or advertisers. We only share it if the law requires it, or with a contractor who must see it to do the booked clean (the assigned team).

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become a booking are kept up to 24 months, then deleted from our mailbox and records unless you ask us to delete sooner. Client files for completed work are kept as long as needed for insurance, tax, and dispute records — typically seven years in British Columbia. You can delete the copy on your own device by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what the host needs to run the page and remember a quote you submitted on that device. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar ad tools. If that changes, we will update this policy before they are turned on.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete a quote request or marketing contact, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Stop email that is not required to finish a booking you asked for.

Children

This website is for adults booking a cleaning service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19.
